We are licensed by the Jordanian Ministry of Tourism and active member in JITOA "Jordan Inbound Tour Operators Association". Public liability insurance is held with Libano-Swisse, policy number 11/2008/RB/3405/0/7.

Our knowledge of Jordan and Syria and their places of interest is unmatched and we have several suggested itineraries that will appeal to those visiting for the first time or with a more specialised interest.
We can provide a basic skeleton of a trip, booking just hotels along the way, or a full-service tour, with your own driver and experienced, English-speaking guide – and anything in between. Tours can be bought as they are shown or adapted in any way you wish, tailor made for specific requirements such as for families or those interested in archaeology.
Maybe you need just a hotel for a night or two – well Aventure Jordanienne can help. No enquiry is too small for us to deal with. We have a vast rage of all categories of hotels, from 3* to 5* and excellent rates.
Most tours are arranged on a bed and breakfast basis as this is most popular, allowing the traveller to indulge in local Middle Eastern cuisine at different restaurants of their choice or our suggestion. Notwithstanding this, if you would prefer a more inclusive arrangement we can assist.

Aventure Jordanienne is able to provide any type of vehicle you may need for your trip, from comfortable air-conditioned sedan’s 4WD vehicles or for groups small and large, midi-buses. Vehicles are well-maintained, reliable and safe; drivers schooled in the needs of the visitor. We are proud to say that – if client feedback is an indicator – we exceed clients’ expectations.
Our carefully-picked professional and friendly guides are one of the secrets of our success. By providing specialist guides for each kind of tour adds to our guest’s pleasure. They are unobtrusive and yet there to assist, providing information and assistance in just the right amount, leaving you with space and time to enjoy your visit and yet on hand as and when you need them.
We welcome travellers of all ages on our tours. Each suggested itinerary has an age recommendation, but this is just that. Most of our itineraries can be adapted for the family with very young children, even infants, right through to the more mature traveller who may prefer a slower pace.
Jordan and Syria enjoy for the most part a warm to hot, dry climate – light cottons, comfortable footwear and sunscreen are the order of the day. As nights in the desert can get cold we do recommend warmer clothing when camping. Both are hospitable and welcoming Muslim countries and we appreciate the efforts guests go to when bearing local dress sensibilities in mind, covering heads, arms and legs when entering places of worship and rural communities. A first aid kit is always a sensible addition when packing whilst plastic bags help protect camera and other equipment against dust.
All contracts are with Jordan French Tourism Co. Your booking will be confirmed (subject to availability) on receipt of a deposit of 35% of the price of the trip. You will be invoiced for the remainder of the cost, which is payable no later than 30 days prior to arrival in Jordan or Syria. If bookings are made within 30 days of departure, payment in full is required on booking.
If your balance is not paid at the specified time (unless previously agreed with us in writing) we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
If you cancel your booking, your deposit will not be refunded. However, provided you notify us of your cancellation before your final payment is due; your deposit may be transferred to another Aventure Jordanienne tour or travel arrangements made by us. This tour/arrangements must be taken within 12 months of cancellation of the original travel plans.
Should you cancel your booking after you have paid for the holiday in full and less than 30 days before departure the following charges will apply (calculated on the day written notification is received by us and expressed as a percentage of the total tour price):
More than 30 days before departure: Deposit retained Between 30 days and 15 days before departure: 50% Between 15 and 1 days before departure: 100%
