The south of Vietnam is somewhat different than the north. With an even greater tropical feel the coast has appealing beaches at Nha Trang and Mui Ne – Great diving, surfing and other water-sports to enjoy - whilst inland the hills around Dalat temper the heat making a wide variety of adventure activities possible – trekking to hill tribe villages, kayaking, abseiling and rock-climbing are all on offer.

The Mekong Delta in the south is another huge draw – perfect for those seeking to explore by boat and meet local Vietnamese. Here too in the south is Ho Chi Minh CitySaigon – the nation’s commercial heart with its own many attractions. Finally, offshore, is Phu Quoc island; coming rapidly to the attention of travellers visit now before it changes.
