The region of Podkarpackie is located in South-east Poland and is close to the Carpathian Mountains. It is home to 46 cities and towns as well as 2 national parks and 11 landscape parks.

Podkarpackie has numerous natural and cultural attractions but one of the most popular is the Bieszczady Mountains, a beautiful wilderness where you can hike, mountain bike, horse ride and even ski. Also here you’ll find the Bieszczady National Park, a UNESCO world heritage site that’s teeming with native flora and fauna.

However, for more cultural attractions in the Podkarpackie region then visit the numerous royal castles and Polish mansions such as the noble mansion in Łańcut, one of the most impressive and best preserved in Poland.
