The region of Lubuskie is in Western Poland and contains 42 towns and cities as well as 2 national parks, 8 landscape parks and a UNESCO world heritage site.

Over half of Lubuskie is covered by forests and so is ideal if you’re looking to see the natural beauty of Poland. For example, head to Drawno National Park to see beautiful lakes surrounded by lush forest which is home to numerous wildlife species. Or for more active pursuits you can canoe, swim, kayak, dive and sail in the regions many lakes.

However, don’t miss out on Lubuskie’s towns and cities such as Zielona Góra, the wine capital of Poland and Europe’s northernmost wine growing region.
