Formerly a family home this is now a private museum (the Memory House) which was beautifully restored in 2001 and portrays the history of the island in the 1800's.
A terrace with views out to the stunning scenery of the Pico with an ocean backdrop. On a clear day the island of Santiago can easily be seen.
Many different species of trees can be found in this Natural Park including eucalyptus, jacaranda and acacia.
