Located only a 3-minute drive from the sea, Psematismenos is another small village that appears like a flashback in time, while providing the convenience of a local church, a mini market, a bank and a local tavern. Psematismenos village is located between the 3 main cities of Cyprus, resectively Larnaka,Limassol, and Nicosia, and is approximately 30 Kilometres from Larnaka airport.

Psematismenos is a quiet village that has kept its character with very interesting vernacular architecture. In the village,  one can visit the Greek Orthodox church of Ayia Marina (Byzantine with additions in the 19th century),  the Neolithic settlement in Chirokitia and Kalavasos, the "Angeloktisti" Byzantine church in Kiti, and Zygi on the seaside with its famous fish taverns.
