For a spectacular view of the city of Cuenca, climb the Loma de Turi (Turi Hill) from where one can observe the beautiful river Yanuncay and the streams branching into the landscape. At the top of Turi is an old church and on the way up, the house, workshop and gallery of Eduardo Vega, an Ecuadorian artist that works with ceramic.
