Sipi Falls are located on the lower slopes of Mount Elgon at 1,750 altitude and are often described as the most romantic falls in Uganda. From Mbale it is around 60 km (2-3 hour drive) to the village of Sipi, nearest village to the falls. The area has several falls accessed by a network of trails. Stunning views of Mount Elgon can be seen on a clear day.
