Khon Phapheng Falls are a popular and worthwhile trip whilst in the Si Phan Don area. Stretch more than 12 kilometres and with numerous pools and cascades they are reputed to be the largest falls in SE Asia. Obviously the best time to visit is in the rainy season and many guesthouses can make arrangements for you.
