North Arm is one of four settlements in an area called Lafonia, which is the narrow isthmus between the main land areas of East Falkland.

Other areas of Lafonia are reached by tracks, often testing the most experienced offroad drivers in 4WD vehicles. Here you can really get away from it all, see excellent wildlife, walk and beach-comb. The accommodation here offers a traditional Falklands experience.
