Anse des Cascades (meaning Waterfall Cove) is a very pleasant place for a picnic stop. The cove is surrounded by hills with a tumbling waterfall. Local fishermen are often seen bringing in their catch at a tiny harbour. A small café/restaurant serves food.
I visited this place in 2005 and found it to be well worth the detour. Nice and relaxing with waterfalls, fishermen and small beach. A hidden gem!
