Diving on Kenya’s coast inspires with comfortable water temperatures and a vast biodiversity of marine life. Moray eels, barracudas, butterfly fish, angelfish, paper fish, flatheads, turtles, jackfish, parrot fish, trigger fish, slugs, many different crustaceans, sepias, octopuses and many more can be seen virtually on every dive. Kenya’s reefs are in a very healthy state and have a huge number of coral species.
To make it even better, all dive sites are shallow with depths ranging from 8 to 20 meters giving ample non decompression time. Our diving excursions are run daily from our main base in Pinewood Village. The boat leaves the beach at about 9 am, it takes 10 to 25 minutes to the first diving site.
During the surface interval the boat cruises slowly to the next dive site while our crew is looking out for dolphins, whale sharks and other large pelagics. After the second dive we return to the base – arrival at about 12.30 pm.
