The Royal Society for Fine Arts established the Jordan National Gallery for Fine Arts at Jabel Al Weibdeh in Amman. Since its establishment, the gallery has greatly expanded; its collection started with around 50 works of art and now amounts to almost 2000, consisting of works by 520 artists from 43 Arab and Islamic countries, ranging from Brunei to Morocco.
