Finca El Cisne is located in the renowned coffee growing highlands of western Honduras and has been a working farm for more than a century. The farm initially produced only shade grown Arabica Coffee, but has now diversified into other products such as one of the best quality Cardamom, Brahman cattle and horses, as well as the production of corn and beans. 

Due to the richness and fertility of its soil, the farm is also a botanical garden where there are avocados, breadfruit, plantains, oranges, star fruits, pineapples, guanabanas and other fruits and vegetables. The surrounding forest is home to many birds such as toucans, motmots and oropendulas, and animals such as white tail deer, tepezcuintles and cusucos y cotuzas.

The farm was the first hacienda in western Honduras to begin agro tourism and has planted and protected a variety of wood trees to conserve the environment.
