Anfushi is the district which lays between the Eastern and Western Harbours on a spit of land jutting out into the Mediterranean and is the old Ottoman part of town. It is home to several little mosques such as the Terbana and Shorbagi Mosques and the Necropolis of Anfushi, 5 decaying tombs that still have some decoration in place.
