On arrival at San Pedro Sula airport we will check in for your onward internal flight to La Ceiba (20mins) where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. |

Today travellers can choose to take either a day trip out to the beautiful sandy beach islands of Cayos Cochinos, have an exhilarating white water rafting ride, take a boat tour of the Cuero y Salado Nature Park, go horse riding on the beach or have a day to explore and hike the Pico Bonito National Park. |

Today we transfer to La Ceiba for a flight to San Pedro Sula and onward transfer to the pretty highland town of Copan Ruinas. (3hrs) Along the way we can stop to visit a local coffee farm to learn about the coffee process and enjoy your lunch there. |

Today we travel to the Archaeology site at Copan. Here we enjoy a guided tour of this beautiful site which is famous for its intricately carved stelea and hieroglyphic stairway as well as its comprehensive museum. When ready we return to Copan and to the tropical bird park for lunch. After lunch we enjoy a walk in the lush, shady river valley location of the Copan Bird Park where a local guide shows us a number of beautiful tropical birds that have been rescued from locales all over Honduras. When ready we transfer back to the hotel. |

Today we travel 5 hours into Guatemala and to the pretty colonial town of Antigua. Free afternoon to explore. |

This morning we will take a half day walking tour of Antigua. (3-4hr) which will include visits to the main square, Palace, Cathedral, La Merced Church and San Francsico Church. All entrances are included. The afternoon is free. |

Today we travel through the highlands to Lake Atitlan (2.5hrs). Along the way we will be able to stop and explore the wonderful authentic market at Solola. |

This morning we take a scenic boat ride across Lake Atitlan (30min) to the village of San Juan La Laguna to visit a textile cooperative, medicinal plant center and local naïf painter workshops. Then we go on to Santiago where we have lunch in a local hotel and take a tour of the village visiting the Maya God Maximon and learn about the textiles, spiritualism and beliefs of the T’zutujil Maya before returning to the hotel. |

Today we travel to the famous market at Chichi. Time for shopping in this fabulous craft market and an opportunity to see Maya rituals being performed in the Catholic Church before transferring onto Guatemala City for the evening flight to Flores and transfer to your jungle hotel. |

Today we enjoy a tour to explore the amazing UNESCO protected Mayan Temple site of Tikal where huge Mayan temples rise above the jungle canopy and monkeys and tropical birds are abundant in the surrounding rainforest. After lunch we transfer back to the hotel to relax. |

This morning we transfer across the border by land and along the way visit the impressive Mayan ruins of Xunantunich before transferring on to the hotel. |

Enjoy an adventurous cave / river trip to see ancient Mayan ritual sites where artifacts remain. Choose between Barton Creek where you canoe through the cave or Actun Tunich Nukmal for a more strenuous and adventurous jungle and cave trip with a surprise at the end! |

Travel through the scenic Mountain Pine Ridge National Park on your way to the famous Mayan Site at Caracol. At Caracol enjoy a private guided tour of this impressive site which is the largest Maya site in Belize. On the way back to the hotel stop to visit the Rio Frio Caves and Pools. |

Your tour ends today with a transfer to Belize International Airport in plenty of time for your flight. |
