1	Transfer from Diego Suarez into the Park with guided afternoon tour	Montane d'Ambre National Park
	On arrival to Diego Suarez airport, you will be met by your guide and transferred to Nature Lodge. The eco-lodge is situated at the entrance of Montagne d’Ambre National Parc, close to Diego Suarez in the north of Madagascar, and overlooks the Bay of Diego in the Channel of Mozambique. We enjoy a guided afternoon visit of the park, before returning to our warm and cozy lodge for the evening.

2	Excursion and Lemur spotting in the park	Montagne d'Ambre National Park
	After breakfast we depart for the Montagne d’Ambre National Park for a full day excursion. You have the opportunity to see lemurs, splendid scenery, birds and waterfalls, as well as rare epidemic plants.

3	Return to Diego Suarez, also known as Antsiranana	Diego Suarez
	Today we head back to Diego, where you spend the last night. Take some time to explore this town, a mosaic of people where white djellebas meet with the mulitcoloured loincloths of the women, who often have beauty masks on their faces. Your hotel is situated in the beautiful bay of Diego Suarez, set in a tropical garden and only 5 minutes away from the city centre. Its elegant rooms and suites offer you panoramic views over the turquoise waters of the ocean.

4	Tour ends
	After breakfast you will be collected and taken to the airport of Diego Suarez, where your Northern Madagascar Experience sadly comes to an end.

Maximum baggage allowance on the plane will be 20 kg. Please bring a backpack or soft barrel bag, not a suitcase. Don't bring too much clothing, as there are washing opportunities along the way. Please adhere to the allowance specified as space for luggage is limited.

• When arriving to Diego on Day 1 of the tour, you will be picked up from the airport and will embark on your tour. Should you arrive prior to day 1, we can arrange pre tour accommodation for you & you would then be picked up from your hotel on the morning of day 1.
• Clients are advised to bring enough money to cover their lunches and dinners, the purchase of curios and additional entertainment. Madagascar’s currency is Ariary. Euros are the most practical and convenient currency to exchange into the local currency, Ariary at the Airport.  International credit cards and travelers cheques are very seldomly accepted.
• Our guides are trained in basic first aid and the vehicle is equipped with a comprehensive medical aid kit. Preventative Malaria medication should be taken before the trip and throughout its duration, although it is advisable to consult a doctor prior to departure.
• All Rates are subject to fuel cost fluctuations, increases or implementation of government levies and/or park entry fees out of the control of Jenman Island Safaris, Hotel and excursion availability, fluctuation in currency exchange rates, Flight rates are only confirmed once issued and paid for.
