Grand Baie is Mauritius’s liveliest resort situated on a picturesque horseshoe bay in the north of the island. It is the island’s main centre for yachting, water skiing, windsurfing and numerous other water sport activities. The town is also the main departure point for trips by boat to the Northern Islands of Coin de Mire, Ile Plate and Ilot Gabriel.
