Ever wanted to trek through a jungle, meet headhunters or swim in an underwater coral garden? Then head to Malaysia which offers the opportunity to do all these and more. With rainforests aplenty Taman Negara and the Borneo provinces of Sarawak and Sabah offer the adventure traveller the opportunity to experience a real jungle, meet the wonderful Iban people, discover huge caves and amazing pinnacles of rock.

Here you can climb to the top of Mt Kinabalu and then head to Sepilok to meet orangutans face to face before taking a river cruise to look for more amazing wildlife. Alternatively why not try scuba diving on Sipadan or chill out on the tropical beaches of Tioman island or at one of many other beautiful spots. If culture’s your thing head to Georgetown on Penang where as ever in Malaysia there’s a multi-ethnic community of Malay, Chinese and Indian people, especially vibrant at festival times. So whatever your interests, magnificent Malaysia really does have something for everyone!
