For more seasoned travellers, Zambia perhaps offers a real African experience where traditional village life abounds once out of the major settlements, and deep-rooted tribal customs hinge together the nation as modern life encroaches. Out in the bush, however, the wildlife is superb and some of the finest safaris and lodges in Southern Africa are available. With the wealth of activities around Livingstone, the Zambezi and Victoria Falls it is no wonder most travellers only see a tiny corner of Zambia.
