Following the sad death of Dave Freeman, author of 100 Things To Do Before You Die, this week, I wondered what the addictedtotravel.com community would consider to be the world’s greatest travel experiences.

I’ll kick off with one of my firm favourites:

Snorkelling with Killer Whales

I did this one December off the coast of Norway. It was a simply incredible encounter with one of the most impressive mammals on Earth, when pods the orca follow shoals of herring into a deep fjord.

What are your greatest travel experiences?

For me it would have to be bungee jumping off the Victoria Falls.
All 111 metres of it were amazing!
