Hi all,

Yep, it's part of the job here at www.addictedtotravel.com for us to review lots of exciting travel photos for use on our site. Someone we've been doing some work with recently is Jane Sweeney. Have a look at some of her work in Nepal, or better still head for

www.janesweeney.com or

www.adventuretravelphotos.com

Jane is an avid traveller with well over 100 countries under her belt, including Iraq and Afghanistan!

She has the knack of capturing all sorts of travel moments, and especially it seems to me, people. It's clear she is unobtrusive in her work - the pictures make that clear, and she seems to be able to do what for many of us is impossible, turning a snap into a true work of art.

Check out her sites and enjoy a treat.

Cheers

Carl

Hi Carl,
I looked at the link, some really super shots.
As an aside, if you ever thought Sony only made playstations for kids (or my husband) then think again. I just purchased for our recent ski trip a Sony A700, with more than a 10M on the image quality and all the sort of idiot proof stuff that I need, it is a fantastic camera. A bit pricy perhaps, but well worth it.

Boys with toys.........I have recently purchased the Canon EOS400D (to give it the full title). It was not cheap at £550, but the quality of the pics are fantastic. 10.1megapixel and a 2.5" LCD review screen, plus all of the technical built in gadgets make it very easy to shoot some nice pics. The size of the camera really sits well in the hand, making it comfortable to take pics. If you are after more info then look at www.canon.co.uk/eos400d but I would recommend it.
