Rate Policies

Rates Include	Breakfast in Bab Al Yam cafe restaurant.
Rates Exclude	All other meals and drinks, treatments in the spa, airport transfers.
Additional Meals	Breakfast rate is US$76 net per person per day. Those requiring a private breakfast in their suite will be credited with US$76 per person and anything above is to be paid for by the guest.

Child Policy	Children (up to 12th birthday) stay for free when sharing parent's room. There are 202 suites, each one arranged over two floors and ranging from a spacious 170 sq. m to an astonishing 780 sq. m in size. The floor to ceiling glass windows offer breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf.
Each suite has a sumptuous living and dining area, state of the art entertainment system and office facilities complete with internet access, private fax, printer, copier, 42-inch plasma screen, video on demand, DVD, 93 cable channels, and 2 hotel information channels.

Lighting, curtains and air-conditioning are controlled at the touch of a button. The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower and jacuzzi/spa bath.

A room safe, private bar and in-suite mini bar, children’s amenities and a pillow menu with a range of 13 pillows and quilts to choose from are also room amenities you will enjoy.

The two and three bedroom suites have the added services of a butler and the Presidential and Royal suites have both a butler service and a full range of men and ladies Hermes amenities (full size bottles) in the luxury bathroom.
