In the west side of the village of Agioi Vavatsiniasis is the Pavlis House which was built in 1850 and it was renovated in 2004. One characteristic of this house is that it has its own museum and winery which produce the famous drink of the island, 'Zivania' using the traditional technique. Inside the house also there is a cellar which you can drink the local wine.

The house has a beautiful central indoor yard, garden and swimming pool, two studios and one bedroom apartment, one common sitting room area and kitchen. There are also handicapped facilities suitable for disabled persons. By the time of your stay in Pavlis House you will be suprised for the hospitality of Mr Pavlos and Mrs Maria.

You can enjoy your nights drinking wine and watching the panoramic view. Also you can enjoy the Cyprus Traditional Food (Mezedes) in the tavern lason of Mr Pavlos while you drive in the nearby traditional and old village of Lefkara.

It is worth seeing the nature paths, waterfalls and narrow village paths. Visit the taverns, coffee shops and mini markets of the village. You can watch the procedure of producing the local wine and silk. You can visit the Monasteries and churches of Macheras, Agios Minas and Panayia Lamatiki.
