| Cancellation Policy |
No cancellation fee will apply if the reservation is cancelled seven days prior to the expected arrival. If the reservation is cancelled within seven days of arrival, three night’s accommodation fee will be charged. For reservations that are no show, cancelled or amended less than twenty-four hours prior to arrival or during the stay, the full amount for the accommodation concerned will be charged. |

Due to early flight arrivals all reservations from 1 October to 15th May are to be made from the night before to ensure immediate access to the hotel and its facilities. This applies to all scheduled flights arriving before 09:00hrs. Similarly, clients booked on late flights are to reserve an additional night in order to use hotel facilities until departure. This applies to all scheduled flights leaving after 19:00hrs. |

The Chedi has several venues. The Restaurant is located adjacent to the lobby lounge overlooking gardens and the ocean. Serving Arabic, Mediterranean and Indian cuisine there are 4 display kitchens which add to the exceptional atmosphere of the venue which enjoys both indoor and outdoor seating areas.
The Arabian Court is adjacent to the main restaurant. Step into the Orient and its mysteries in a distinctive venue offering authentic Arabic cuisine and finish the night off with a traditional water pipe.
The Lobby Lounge lies close to Reception and is a delightful place to enjoy refreshments and cocktails.
The Chedi Poolside Cabana overlooks the ocean and offers light menus and refreshments for lunch and specialities for dinner.
