Located around 40 minutes from Seeb airport, The Oman Dive Centre sits on its own secluded and private beach, on a stunning bay, just 10 minutes from the centre of old Muscat, Muttrah. Accommodation in traditional ‘barasti’ palm-leaf huts have been taken to a whole new level offering a degree of comfort similar to that of a 3* or even 4* hotel. En suite bathrooms are standard as is a small veranda the vast majority of which have wonderful sea views. This distinctive and characterful accommodation is complemented by the restaurant, pool and bar. The resort offers a wide range of dive activities from day excursions to qualification courses and makes the perfect place for divers and none diving partners to enjoy a holiday away from it all.

Rooms

Rooms are bungalow-style with comfortable twin beds and en-suite toilet facilities and are tastefully furnished. To retain a traditional feel the exterior walls are made from barasti palm-leaves; inside walls are made from tightly woven rattan. Spacious and airy they are air-conditioned for comfort and have a fridge and safe. Accommodation is provided on a half-board basis with dinner included.
