The Villas du Recif Resort is a short walk away from the seafront in Saint-Gilles-Les-Bains.
With beautiful creole architecture and spacious grounds full of coconut palms the Villas du Recif offers a relaxing place to stay.
The hotel rooms are spread between 17 charming villas, all facing either the lagoon and the tropical gardens or the pool. All with en-suite bathrooms and either balcony or terrace. They are equipped with air-conditioning, minibar, telephone and TV. 28 rooms have inter-connecting doors, ideal for families.
A wide variety of services are on offer within the hotel, from working out, cooling off in the pool, or making use of the hotels library, beauty salon and gift shop.
The hotel has two pools, with childrens area, tennis court, beach-volley ball, table tennis, boules, fitness room and a childrens club (during high season).
The included buffet breakfast is served in the Maloya restaurant next to the pool. During lunch and dinner the restaurant offer a wide variety of Creole and international fayre with either buffet or a-la-carte menu. The hotel also has the ‘L’Hippocampe bar and restaurant on the beach which serves a variety of dishes. There is also a poolside snack bar.

The hotel can be enjoyed either as a relaxing beach holiday or as a place to unwind for a couple of nights at the end of an island tour or trek.
