Christmas & New Year Compulsory (2008-2009):
Compulsory stay of minimum of 3 nights is required for arrivals between 29/12/2008 - 02/01/2009. Bookings on halfboard basis for buffet lunch at the coffee shop on 31/12/2008.
Child Policy
Children aged 0-5 years, sharing with parents room are free, on the basis of parents bookings. Children aged 6-11 years sharing with parents, the breakfast rate will be charged at US$10 per child. Extra bed and baby cot are free for children up to the age of 11 years, subject to availability and room size. Family requesting 2 rooms will be charged 2 single room rates.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Cancellation Policy
Any amendements to the length of stay for a confirmed booking and any departures before the departure date shall incur the following charges:
High Season : Two night room charges are applicable.
Low Season : One night room charges are applicable.
Peak Season : 100% of the full stay charges are applicable.
Cancellation Policy:
Peak season : 23 days prior to the arrival full stay charges are applicable.
High Season : 16 days prior to the arrival two night charges are applicable.
Low Season : 09 days prior to the arrival one night charges are applicable.
No Show : Full stay charges are applicable.

Beach Access:
Supplement of US$ 29 per person is applicable on weekdays (Saturday To Thursday). Supplement of US$ 35 per person is applicable on weekends (Friday and Public Holidays).
