The Finch Bay Hotel is located on the shores of Punta Estrada, close to Puerto Ayora on the Isla Santa Cruz in the Galapagos. The Finch Bay Hotel is situated in a quiet location, with only pedestrian and bicycle traffic - there are no cars in the neighborhood.

The hotel is just steps from the beach on a private seaside location, surrounded by mangroves. Here guests can cherish the privacy, natural surroundings and superb service offered by the Finch Bay.

The entire infrastructure of the hotel, as well as the activities, are totally oriented to a concept of true ecotourism in a pristine natural environment.

Finch Bay is easily accessible. Being a two-hour flight from Ecuador's mainland and short one-hour transfer from Baltra Airport makes the hotel a popular place to stay for those who do not have the time for a full Galapagos Cruise, those who prefer a land-based holiday, or most commonly, those who wish to extend their stay on land following a week exploring the rest of the islands by boat.

Finch Bay Hotel accommodates 42 guests with 21 rooms (with twin or king-size beds), each with private facilities, private bath with hot water, hair dryers and soap and shampoo dispensers, air conditioning (via in-room remote control), unlimited water supply, as the hotel has its own desalinization plant. 17 rooms at ground level, 4 rooms on second floor. Each room has wooden blinds, a black-out curtain, tile floors and a telephone. All rooms are nonsmoking.
