Rates Include
Room rates are based on per room per night. Rates are inclusive of half board (breakfast and dinner) excluding beverages. Rates are Nett inclusive of applicable service charge and government bed tax. Government bed tax is subject to change on government notice and any increment must be borne by the guest.
Rates Exclude
Other meals and drinks, spa treatments, watersports, excursions and other activities that are not included.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the arrival date - 50% of accommodation cost.
Cancellations made 21 days prior to the arrival date - 100% of accommodation cost.
No-Shows and early departures are also subject to 100% cancellation charge on full package price + one way transfer charges.
Other Information
Maximum room occupancy: 2 adults and 1 child up to 12 years or 3 adults. Extra bedding: Daybed or baby cot on request.
Transfers to and from the resort – Seaplane (Airport / Resort / Airport)
Transfers are arranged based on the flight details provided by the guest as follows: Transfers are combined with other guests arriving on the same flight or at the same time.
Adult: US$270 per adult roundtrip (from and to airport)
Child (2-11yrs): US$150 per child roundtrip (from and to airport)
* Meet and Greet services are provided on guest request at US$5 per person
Note: Seaplane operates during daytime only in accordance to aviation regulations of the Maldives. Guests arriving to the Maldives after 5pm are required to spend a night in Male’ or at the Airport Hotel prior to transferring to the respective resort the following day. Maximum waiting time at the airport is not more than 2 hours from the time you check-in at the seaplane counter.
Seaplane Baggage allowance
Each person may carry 20kg of checked luggage and 5kg of hand luggage. Excess baggage will be charged by the carrier directly.
Honeymoon Benefits: Complimentary fruit basket and bottle of wine provided. Guests must submit a copy of their marriage certificate to receive the honeymoon benefits.
