Additional Meals
Breakfast rate is US$76 net per person per day. Those requiring a private breakfast in their suite will be credited with US$76 per person and anything above is to be paid for by the guest.

Child Policy
Children (up to 12th birthday) stay for free when sharing parent's room.

Low Season
Within 4 days or less prior to arrival, 100% charge on total booking. Name changes after release date are treated as cancellations.
Shoulder Season
Within 8-5 days prior to arrival, 90% charge on total booking. Within 4 days or less prior to arrival, 100% charge on total booking.
High Season
Within 11-9 days prior to arrival, 45% charge on total booking. Within 8-5 days prior to arrival, 90% charge on total booking. Within 4 days or less prior to arrival, 100% charge on total booking.
Peak Season
Within 29 - 16 days prior to arrival, 25% charge on total booking. Within 15 - 9 days prior to arrival, 45% charge on total booking. Within 8 - 5 days prior to arrival, 90% charge on total booking. Within 4 days or less prior to arrival, 100% charge on total booking.
Name changes after release date are treated as cancellations. Booking will be cancelled and a new booking may be made subject to best available rate.
No Show - 100% charge on total package rate.
Early Departure - 100% of the booked period will be charged. In case of advance payment the amount will be non refundable.

Minimum Stay
Five (5) nights for arrivals between 29 Apr 08 and 07 May 08, both dates inclusive.
Five (5) nights for arrivals between 20 Oct 08 and 04 Nov 08, both dates inclusive.
Ten (10) nights for arrivals between 26 Dec 08 and 29 Dec 08, both dates inclusive.
New Year
Compulsory New Year's “Gala Dinner” for all guests staying on 31st December 2008. The Gala Dinner for maximum 2 adults in the deluxe/panoramic suite and 4 adults in the two bedroom suite is included in the suite rate. The Gala Dinner supplement for children is to be advised.
