Rates Include
Room rates are based on per room per night. Room rates are based on full board meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) except beverages.
Rates are Nett inclusive of applicable service charge and government bed tax. Government bed tax is subject to change on government notice and any increment must be borne by the guest.
Rates Exclude
Any other meals and drinks, spa treatments, diving, watersports and excursions.
Seasonal Supplements
Peak Season (20th December – 10th January inclusive)
A minimum of 7 nights stay is required during resort peak season.
For confirmed bookings during this period, no cancellation or shortening of stay is allowed without a full penalty charge.
Cancellations made 45 days prior to the date of arrival: 50% cancellation fee on full package price.
Cancellations made 35 days prior to the date of arrival: 100% cancellation fee on full package price.
No-Shows and early departures are also subject to 100% cancellation charge on full package price.
Child Policy
Children below 12 years are not welcome due to the nature and ambience of the resort.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the date of arrival: 50% cancellation fee on full package price.

No-Shows and early departures are also subject to 100% cancellation charge on full package price.

Transfers to and from the resort - Speedboat
Transfers are arranged based on the flight details provided by the guest as follows: Transfers are combined with other guests arriving on the same flight or at the same time.
Adult: US$110 per adult roundtrip (from and to Airport)
* Meet & Greet services are provided on guest request at US$5 per person.
Honeymoon Package:
Partner massage lesson with a trained Spa Therapist (30 minute lesson), special turn-down, bottle of wine and fruit basket, romantic villa dining (“Vabbin Grill”), prepared and served on the Villa Terrace by a private chef and butler, complimentary upgrade to the next Villa category (subject to availability), stay 10 consecutive nights and receive one complimentary spa treatment (60 minute session) per couple, 20% discount on massages (90 minute session) a la carte spa treatment. This is combinable with the Summer Bonus Nights scheme if stays fall within 1st May 2009 to 30th September 2009. Guests must submit a copy of their marriage certificate to receive the honeymoon benefits.

Complimentary windsurfing, table tennis, canoeing, volleyball, catamaran sailing, snorkelling equipment, board games in the bar and darts.

Stay 5 consecutive nights: pay 4 nights
Stay 10 consecutive nights: pay 8 nights
Stay 15 consecutive nights: pay 12 nights
