Beautifully positioned on the shores of Nepean Bay at Kingscote on Kangaroo Island.

The Ozone Hotel was first opened in 1907 and by the mid 1930s it had become the chosen holiday resort of South Australians. A country style hotel with all modern amenities blending with a refined atmosphere of old world charm.

Clearwaters (1)

Clearwaters is a 3 bedroom home, managed by the Ozone Hotel, that has all new furnishings and appliances, all linen is provided.

Relax and enjoy the fantastic views from the lounge and dining areas, fire up the BBQ provided or walk the beach and foreshore opposite the house. Accommodates up to 6 easily. Facilities include Fan forced oven/cooking facilities, microwave, television, video, shower/toilet, second toilet, combustion heater, hairdryer, laundry, BBQ, cot on request.

There is a 2 night minimum stay and all guests receive a 10% discount when dining in the Ozone Seafront Hotel Bistro.

Deluxe Room: Spacious and modern with private enclosed balconies, spa bath and spectacular ocean views. Rooms have king sized bed (some may fit an additional single), large flat screen TV and DVD player.

Executive Room: Spacious and modern with balconies giving views over the town. King sized bed with large flat screen TV and DVD player.

Penthouse (4): Apartments have seperate kuvubg area, 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, 2 bathrooms and stunning views from a private balconiy over the bay. Apartments have split reverse cycle (individually controlled) air-conditioning, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, LCD TV, DVD and CD player, telephone with internet access and are fully non-smoking (including balconies). The apartments are privately owned but managed through the hotel, they are not serviced and towels and bedding can be hired at additional cost from the hotel.

Ozone Seafront Hotel: Warm and friendly stay

After a long days touring round many exciting spots on Kangaroo Island, I was given a very warm reception by the husband and wife team at the hotel. I stayed in one of the newly renovated Deluxe rooms, which was excellent, with very good facilities. Dinner was taken in the very relaxed restaurant/bar and the food was the best I had on my tour - the aged Kangaroo steak was wonderful, with all local produce and wine, super! The view over the Ocean in the morning was also stunning.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: In the unlikely event that a reservation is cancelled, a handling fee of $20 is charged. The following conditions and cancellation fees also apply:

Cancellation prior to 30 days of arrival - $20 per booking

Cancellation prior to 7 days of arrival - 50% of total cost

Cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival - 80% of total cost

Cancellation on day of arrival - 100% of total cost.... Travel Insurance is recommended.
