Rates Include
Room rates are based on per room per night. Rates are inclusive of breakfast only in Fushi Cafe. Rates are Nett inclusive of applicable service charge and government bed tax. Government bed tax is subject to change on government notice and any increment must be borne by the guest.

Seasonal Supplements
Peak Season (20th December – 15th January inclusive)
A minimum of 7 nights stay is required during resort peak season.
For confirmed bookings during this period, no cancellation or shortening of stay is allowed without a full penalty charge.
Cancellations made 40 days prior to the date of arrival: 50% cancellation fee on full package price
Cancellations made 21 days prior to the date of arrival: 100% cancellation fee on full package price
No-Shows and early departures are also subject to 100% cancellation charge on full package price.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the date of arrival: 50% cancellation fee on full package price.

Other Information
Maximum room occupancy: 2 adults and 1 child up to 12 years or 3 adults. Extra bedding: existing day bed, rollaway or baby cot (subject to supplement).
Transfers to and from the resort – Speedboat:
Speedboat transfer is arranged according to the given international flight details.
Adult: US$145 per adult roundtrip (from and to the airport)
Child: US$80 per child (2 – 12 years) roundtrip (from and to the airport)
* Meet and Greet services are provided on guest request at US$5 per person.
Honeymoon Package:
Applicable for minimum of 5 nights stay. Book any single or multiple Spa Packages and get 15% off (not including a la carte), fruit platter and a bottle of Champagne on arrival, Anantara honeymoon gift on departure. Guests must submit a copy of their marriage certificate to receive the honeymoon benefits.
