Through our site they can profile their business and market exciting products, then deal directly with you when you choose to make an enquiry or booking.

When you are ready to check availability or prices, plan an itinerary, discuss any products featured on addictedtotravel.com or perhaps confirm a booking, this can be done through our online enquiry system directly with the local Travel Expert.

- Click on the 'Enquire' button and a new page will appear titled 'Your Enquiry'.
- Log in or sign up. If you have already signed up to addictedtotravel.com but are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so and will need to enter your username and password. If you have not yet signed up then you must click the 'Sign up to our community' button and complete basic information before proceeding with your enquiry.
- Once you have accessed 'Your Enquiry' you will be able to indicate to the Travel Expert which specific accommodation, tours and activities you are interested in.
- By clicking the ‘Select’ button you will be presented with a series of dropdowns from which you can choose the services of interest to you.
- Simply choose from the dropdowns, complete the fields if relevant, then select ‘Add’ before moving on to the next service.
- When you have completed the enquiry form click the ‘Send Enquiry’ button and it will be sent to the relevant Travel Expert.
- The Travel Expert will reply to your enquiry with answers to your questions, advice, quotations and details of availability.
- You can then continue to discuss your requirements, track your enquiry and go on to make a booking directly with the Travel Expert.
- It’s as easy as that!
Booking Terms and Conditions of Travel Experts
Each Travel Expert operates with their own individual set of Booking Terms & Conditions which include details of how and when to pay. These are displayed on the Travel Expert’s profile pages and should be confirmed with your Travel Expert. We strongly recommend that you read and understand these before making a booking.
Enquiry Response Times
Depending on local time differences and at what time of day or week an enquiry is sent by you, Travel Experts will endeavour to reply to any communications within 24 hours of the enquiry being sent. As office opening hours also vary from one Travel Expert to the next responses may, in some cases, be made the next business day after receipt. More bespoke and complicated itinerary requests may take a little longer.
