Here at addictedtotravel.com we are developing a dynamic organisation built around our shared passion for travel, balanced with a professional and dedicated approach to our work, whilst also maintaining a lifestyle that avoids the often mundane routine of a typical working day.
Each member of our team works out of a personal location, close to what we feel are really important aspects of modern living - for example being close to school for those of us with kids; or being close to nature for those of us who prefer country living; or even close to the city for those with a taste for fine cuisine, theatre or music. By embracing technology and entrusting the experienced people that have come together to develop this online travel resource, we have no requirement for a central office, avoid the need to commute to work, and spend more time fully focused on what each of us really does enjoy - a well-balanced lifestyle.
From Colin in Kent to Glen in Cape Town, from Sue in Surrey to Carl in Wales, we all work remotely, but still communicate throughout the day (or night) in a virtual office environment. Of course we meet up when we need to - usually in a great location that befits our shared enthusiasm for travel.
